How It Works

 

Inline Sampling

As shown in the image below, you must first open the syringe's spindle(1), then lower the piston(2) and finally hold the MagicHandweel(3) so that it doesn't closes by itself.
 

Thus, if you release the MagicHandweel for an unspecified reason, it closes automatically by itself.


Reactor sampling


The drawing below shows how the actiflow works (sampling system for reactor).
 

a) Filling the cylinder (1)
b) Setting in motion the pneu-magnetic cylinder (2), connected to the piston (4) by a rigid wire (3)
c) Piston (4) moving in the cylinder (1)
d) Liquid rising in the pipe (5)
e) Liquid flowing into the sampling valve (6)
f) Taking the sample into the bottle(7)
g) Surplus liquid flowing back into the vessel (8)
h) Resumption of the cycle
